Spingarage leverages the power of two in-house laser wire marking machines, capable of marking up to 8AWG single-conductor wire or 12/2 twisted shielded cable. Wire marking is integrated into our process flow and is used on almost every project.
Most ETFE-jacketed M22759/M27500 wire and cable can be marked, as well as a number of other varieties.
With 3 specially equipped pneumatic stripping and multi-point crimping stations, Spingarage crimps over 60,000 contacts per year, and is increasing that number every year. Robust in-process QC results in a near-zero defect rate on both stamped and machined contact styles.
